Maurice Bloomfield letter, 1880.

Collection consists of one holographic letter of Johns Hopkins University professor, Maurice Bloomfield, to Charles D'Urban Morris, dated June 30, 1880. Morris was a professor of Greek at Hopkins and had proposed Bloomfield as a candidate for a position in the Department of Sanskrit and Philology. In the letter, Bloomfield thanked Morris for his assistance.
